Our mission is to generate a profit and grow our business while serving our clients and their dogs in a reliable, professional and courteous manner.
All work is 100% Guaranteed…If you are not satisfied with our service you let us know and we will make it right by re-cleaning your yard or by crediting your account. It’s that simple.
(Please note we can not guarantee 100% pickup when there is high grass, leaves, snow or ice present
· No Contracts Required – we will start and stop your service over the phone. Please try to give us 48 hour notice for changes.
· Clients who pay monthly will be billed on approximately the 25th each month and the terms are Net 20.
· One time/Special Event Service can be easily arranged. We require payment on the day services are rendered.
· There will be a $10.00 a month late fee.
· Returned checks will incur a $40 fee to your account balance.
· Payments can be made with Cash or Check.
· Pickup service can be interrupted for vacation just let us know as soon as possible.
· We have Uniformed Pooper Scoopers and our trucks are clearly marked.
· We will service residential and commercial clients.
· We are fully insured.
· We are proud members of aPaws (Association of Professional Animal Waste Specialist)
· We take precautions to prevent cross contamination. We wear gloves, shoe covers and clean all equipment between clients.
· In most cases we will work in your yard with a dog present. However there are some cases when a dog will not let a worker in the yard. If your dog is not good with strangers and will not allow us in the yard we ask that you restrain the dog. We want to protect the safety of our employees and your dog.
· Pickup service can be cancelled at any time. Please try to give us at least 48 hours notice. HOWEVER, if your gate is locked or the dog will not let us in to clean the yard, we may have to charge for the service call that could not be performed. i.e.…If you know we are coming that day and forgot to unlock the gate call us as soon as possible to let us know not to send our worker that day.
· No need to be home during pickups as long we have access to your yard. Our employees will not climb or jump over fences.
· We provide year round service. Dogs keep making their messes all year long so we will continue to scoop poop all year. This prevents extra charges for
· We will continue to perform pickups in bad weather with the exception of a major snow/ice storm or pouring rain. We can usually perform your pickup within a few days after bad weather but if we postpone your weekly visit due to weather you will not be charged for that week and we will continue your regular service the next week. We will contact you if we can not perform your weekly service.
· We will not work on the following holidays: New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Thanksgiving Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Years Eve. If a holiday falls on your regular pickup day, we will do your pickup another day during that week.
